Losts & Bearings
Thursday, November 23, 2006, 08:58 AM - Poetry

Don't like the drivings
in losts & remainings

It requires courage & bit of daring
to forget the past & act on bearings

Forget the glitter as well the glories
all these are nothing but the memories

They occupy the space in minds & never in world
otherwise used for forecasts to be told

you can't be feed on a fruit forever
which is just riping nowhere

long ago histories & moment just before,
nothing is real but the happenings
"Hi!" for the babies & "Goodbye!" the dyeings

Faith
Tuesday, November 21, 2006, 09:17 AM - Poetry
Material information is killing my faith
education of doubt is the reason for its death

Lessons of "Why" have given me facility
yet to find what is felicity

Crickets of "why" never let me face "how"
enjoyed the creations having vanished the doubts now
I don't know why, but its how!

Apart from theories I learned the skills,
& peace of mind is, what it spills

Laws starve the faith when materialized
But knowledge is the faith when realized

Systematic Chaos
Monday, November 20, 2006, 11:59 AM - Poetry
Played chess and won a game
used winning moves & again the same

Lost winnerism when used frequently
Found myself in deep meloncholy

Losers become winners
and me a loser

Reason for that loss,
was the change I supposed false

Opted new moves & played randomly
won the spirits eventually

Walked off the trees & dropped the tail
others are still on the monkey trail

great ventures begin with a change,
about a destiny out of range

Seemingly hopeless at the time,
revolution has a larger that life sign

"Systematic Chaos" is the mantra for new age
It has already expanded the edge

Limiting Confidence
Sunday, November 19, 2006, 08:02 AM - Poetry
Found my abilities in self quest
Knew its reliance in different tests

Bits of success made me confident
poured myself in situations absorbent

It was the confidence,
that lead me to excellence

Went in mysery in search of the ark
Supposed myself a hero in the dark

Nothing was left but life retained,
A breath of synergy & energies regained

Found my limits in self quest
riffled through groves of different tests
confidence fostered and Happiness rests.

The Great Escape
Sunday, November 19, 2006, 07:47 AM - Poetry
I can't give up the profits for risks involved
so can't I life for the struggle

Once I tried about desires for sufferings
Alas, tweaked the wrong chords & strings

'cos one can't live without being born
canvas imagined - reality torned

ran away from hopes to avoid failures
certainity of nothing has long lasting tenures

epistemology faded as hunger stormed
How do Buddha lived unharmed?

You call me Ranchod & him a prophet
As he has followers & trumpets

There is only escape at Calvarie
Dreams & reality have profound rivalry

Listen me oh man, "Live Lively!"
Use all of the colours beautifully
Everything has entelechia as within as externally

Existence
Sunday, November 19, 2006, 07:34 AM - Poetry
"Who I am?" & "What I am" unanswered;
set my mind scattered,
Questions about existence,
pose a great resistence

Wandering & wondering through mystic cave,
Finding a way to pave

Binding with the logic of if, then, else
ramping of thoughts as if chains

Initiated by inducements,
influenced by incidents..

Got the life-buoy thats why "I am!"
I came to know, "I think, therefore I am!"

Uncivilised Aussies
Wednesday, November 8, 2006, 10:04 AM - Reactions
The behaviour of aussies in champions trophy was so ridiculous during the award presentation ceremony that they proved, not just they lack culture & sound base of history but also they are uncivilized.

Anyway, who the hell is going to care about an old man in a old country which has no self esteem left.

Pawar once quoted, "Don't bring politics in sports."

Yes Sir, Why don't you stop your follower now?

Have a look at the Gentlemen's Game and all of the gentlemen in the following images:-

What does Aniruddha mean?
Saturday, November 4, 2006, 12:34 PM
"Aniruddha" if taken literally in Sanskrit, it means :- "Who can't be stopped".
A - for negation
Niruddha - for to stop / to create obstacle / to control
Hence, Aniruddha is the one who can't be stopped, or controlled. Isn't my name good? I would like to be the same as my name suggests - "Aniruddha"
Let us see, what mythfolklore.net says about "Aniruddha"

Aniruddha

ANIRUDDHA. [Source: Dowson's Classical Dictionary of Hindu Mythology] . 'Uncontrolled.' Son of Pradyumna and grandson of Krishna.

He married his cousin, Subhadra.

A Daitya princess named Usha, daughter of Bana, fell in love with him, and had him brought by magic influence to her apartments in her father's city of Sonitapura. Bana sent some guards to seize him, but the valiant youth, taking an iron club, slew his assailants. Bana then brought his magic powers to bear and secured him.

On discovering whither Aniruddha had been carried, Krishna, Balarama, and Pradyumna went to rescue him. A great battle was fought; Bana was aided by Siva and by Skanda, god of war, the former of whom was overcome by Krishna, and the latter was wounded by Garuda and Pradyumna.

Bana was defeated, but his life was spared at the intercession of Siva, and Aniruddha was carried home to Dwaraka with Usha as his wife. He is also called Jhashanka and Ushapati. He had a son named Vajra.

And what does BEHIND THE NAME (behindthename.com)say,

Aniruddha

ANIRUDDHA

Gender: Masculine

Usage: Indian
Means "without obstacles" in Sanskrit. This was the name of the grandson of the Hindu god Krishna.

OK, enough for now, no this line isn't on "behind the names" but Bas ho gaya Aniruddha puran!

Next time I will be there with some really good stuff.
